The Method can be used at any age, fitness level and mobility. The movements are designed to be self regulating and can be done in any position, including laying down. As with any movement modality, consult with your physician if you have any health concerns.
As often as you choose. Some people use The Method daily, some regularly and some only on specific occasions. Best results are achieved by moving regularly and establishing a practice routine. This can be done in as little as 15 minutes per day. Attending a guided class will allow you to get maximum benefits and inform your take home practice.
